GSC Events 📅
If you need money for events see the funding page. To add your event to the GSC Meetings & Events calendar just send it as a Google Calendar invite to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will be automatically added to the calendar. Recurring events can be added to the list below by sending an email to edaveiga@. Updated information about GSC activities is also made available at the GSC Forum.
You can advertise your events to all Caltech graduate students by sending an email to gradstudents@. Note the following guidelines for your email to be accepted:
- Only emails about Caltech events will be accepted.
- A maximum of two emails about the same event will be approved.
- Recurring events (e.g. weekly club meetings) may only be advertised once a term. We suggest you create a mailing list to advertise them.
- Your email should make it clear who the contact for the event is (e.g. add at the end “For any questions email email@example.com”)
