GSC Events

If you need money for events see the funding page. To add your event to the GSC Meetings & Events calendar just send it as a Google Calendar invite to caltechgscevents@gmail.com or to gscStratComm@caltech.edu. It will be automatically added to the calendar. Here is the link to view the calendar on your browser, or scroll down to the bottom of this page to view the calendar.

You can advertise your events to all Caltech graduate students by sending an email to gradstudents@. Note the following guidelines for posting on the gradstudents@ listserv:

  • You can advertise to all Caltech graduate students by sending an email to gradstudents@.

  • You must have a Caltech email to submit a post.

  • Only emails relating to Caltech will be approved.

  • A maximum of two emails about the same thing will be accepted.

  • Recurring events (e.g. weekly club meetings) may only be advertised once a term.

  • Your email should make it clear who to contact for the event/issue (e.g. add at the end “For any questions email xxx@caltech.edu”).

  • Responses to emails will not be approved.

Please note that the fact that an email is sent out does not mean that its content is in any way endorsed by the GSC.
